My Passion

I am a seasoned marketing and communications executive with extensive experience in the retail sector. My professional work, which included leading community engagement initiatives, inspired me to dedicate my personal time to volunteering — where I discovered a deep passion for supporting individuals with special needs. This journey led me to become actively involved with an organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through inclusive sports, with a special focus on the transformative power of surfing. Today, I combine my business expertise, leadership skills, and heartfelt commitment to inclusion to create opportunities that allow individuals of all abilities to experience the joy, confidence, and freedom of the ocean.

My Role

As Chair of the Board for Flow Surf Academy (FSA), I provided strategic leadership to foster a culture of purpose, collaboration, and accountability. Working closely with the leadership team, I ensure that FSA’s programs align with its mission to share the transformational power of surfing with those who need it most. I lead strategic planning, facilitate engaged Board participation, and drive initiatives that expand the Academy’s reach and impact.  As an ambassador, I foster community partnerships and support fundraising efforts to champion FSA’s financial sustainability. Committed to ethical leadership, I help ensure FSA’s enduring role as a trusted, mission-driven organization.
